With Just Love, you can easily find your desired or loved person by entering their phone number, providing a seamless and convenient experience for connecting with potential matches.
When you enter the phone number of your desired person, Just Loves stores this information anonymously, without revealing any personal details. If the person who was entered also adds your phone number in their app, a match (called Just Love connection) is made, and both of you will be notified that you like each other. This means that users will only be matched with individuals who have shown mutual interest in them. To this end, Just Love has measures in place to prevent fraudulent behavior or misuse of the app.
At Just Love, we take the privacy and security of our users very seriously. That's why we have implemented a validation process to ensure that only verified profiles have access to our matching system.
To use Just Love, a user must first register with a valid email address to ensure that they are real and authentic. After this initial security layer, a user has access to the app's basic features, but only after validation of the telephone number can a user see if there is a love connection with someone else. This means that unvalidated profiles cannot see if other users have shown interest in them, ensuring that only genuine and authentic users are part of our community. Thus, only validated profiles can be reached by other users, preventing fake profiles or individuals with malicious intentions from reaching out to other users.

When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other countries with approved data protection laws, we ensure compliance by utilizing standard contract clauses or other appropriate transfer mechanisms.

You share information regarding your telephone number with other members when you voluntarily request a love connection with another users by adding their telephone number to the system. Please note that only when the other users have voluntarily added your telephone number to the system Just Love will generate a love connection between two users, and consequently disclose the contact information consisting of the telephone number.
If someone submits a report involving you (such as a claim you violated our Terms of Use), we may communicate to the reporter actions, if any, we took as a result of their report.
We may engage third-party service providers to assist us in delivering quality services. These providers may have access to your Personal Information and are contractually obligated to safeguard it and use it only for the purposes outlined in this Policy.
We may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or safeguard the rights, property, or safety of others.
We retain your personal information for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable law. If you choose to discontinue using our services, closing your account will render your profile inaccessible to other members. Please be aware that if your account remains inactive for a duration of two years, we may automatically close it. Upon account closure, we will proceed to delete your personal information as described below:
In order to protect the safety and security of our members, we have a safety retention period of three months after account closure or one year after an account ban. During this time, we retain your information to investigate any potential unlawful or harmful activities. This retention is based on our legitimate interest and the interests of potential third-party victims.
Once the safety retention window elapses, we delete your data and only keep limited information for specified purposes. We retain limited data to comply with legal obligations. This includes transaction data for 10 years, credit card information for transaction challenges, and traffic data/logs for one year. We keep records of consents for five years. Additionally, we retain customer care records, imprecise location data, and information on past accounts/subscriptions for specified periods. We may also retain data for legal proceedings or when required by valid legal requests.
We use end-to-end encrypted data. Your email, telephone, contacts, interactions and connections are processed only on your device, and solely upon effective love connection (namely, bilateral match), your telephone number would also be processed overtly on the device of your match. Before this data reaches our servers, it is encrypted with a key known only to you. We neither store nor process your personal data, rather we store and process random sequences of symbols that have no meaning without the keys which we don’t have.
We take reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of your Personal Information. However, please be aware that no data transmission or storage system is entirely secure. While we strive to employ industry-standard security protocols, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
You have the right to review, modify, or delete your Personal Information held by us. You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights or obtain further information, please contact us using the details provided in the last Section of this Policy.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Just Love Inc. operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. For additional details, please refer to the Terms of Agreement.
