Welcome to Just Love, operated by Just Love, Inc. (“us,” “we,” the “Company” or “Just Love”). Together you and Just Love may be referred to as the “Parties” or separately as “Party”.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement

By creating a Just Love account or by using any Just Love service, whether through a mobile device, mobile application or computer (collectively, the “Service”) you agree to be bound by (i) these Terms of Use, (ii) our Privacy Policy, and (iii) any terms disclosed to you if you purchase or have purchased additional features, products or services we offer on the Service (collectively, this “Agreement”). If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, you should not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to periodically update both this Agreement and the Service itself. These updates may be made for various reasons, such as complying with legal requirements, introducing new features, or adjusting business practices. The most recent version of the Agreement will be available in your Account section on the Service, and it is recommended to regularly check for any changes. The latest version will be applicable and govern the relationship between you and Just Love. If there are significant changes impacting your rights or obligations, we will provide prior notification through appropriate means, such as Service notifications or email, unless prohibited by applicable law. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any previous agreements, except as explicitly stated, and covers all aspects of your association with Just Love, including prior events and agreements.

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Just Love's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not waive that right or provision.

3. Service Modification and Termination

We want to make Just Love better and more fun for you. So we may change or remove some features of the Service without telling you, unless it affects your rights or duties. We may also stop the Service completely, but we will try to tell you before that happens, unless there is an urgent reason not to.You can delete your account anytime you want by following the steps in “Account” in the Service. But if you paid for anything through Apple’s App Store or iTunes Store or Google Play Store, you have to manage that through them to avoid extra charges. We can delete your account anytime without telling you if we think you broke this Agreement. If we do that, you won't get any money back for what you bought. When your account is deleted, this Agreement is over. You can't give your Just Love account to anyone else and it will end when you die. This Agreement doesn't make us partners or employees of each other and you can't speak or act for Just Love in any way.

4. Disclaimers

Just Love doesn't control how any member behaves on or off the Service. You agree to be careful when you talk to or meet other members, especially if you do it outside the Service. You are the only one responsible for your interactions with other members.

You agree that you will not use the Service to do anything illegal, harmful, or bad to Just Love or other members. You will not pretend to be someone else, ask for money or personal information from others, use someone else's account, or make a new account if we delete your old one. 6. Rights

Just Love lets you access and use the Service for your personal enjoyment as long as you follow this Agreement and meet the requirements described next:

Just Love can take any legal action against you if you do any of these things, including deleting your account. Any software that we give you may automatically get and install new features. You may be able to change these automatic downloads through your device’s settings.

Together with the requirements described above, by accepting the terms of this Agreement you also agree to the following:

7. Purchases

Just Love may let you buy products and services (“in app purchases”) through different payment platforms that Just Love approves. If you want to make an in app purchase, you will have to confirm your purchase with the payment provider, and your payment method (your card or a third party account like Google Play Store or the App Store) (your “Payment Method”) will be charged for the in app purchase at the prices and taxes shown to you for what you’ve chosen, and you let Just Love or the third party account, as applicable, charge you.

If you buy a subscription that renews automatically through an in app purchase, your Payment Method will keep being charged for the subscription until you stop it. Your subscription will renew automatically for the same period and price that you agreed to when you subscribed. Your card payment information will be kept and used for the automatic card payments as the Agreement says.If you don't want your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or end your subscription, you will need to go to your third party account (or Account on Just Love, if applicable) and follow the steps to stop or change your subscription, even if you have deleted your account with us or the Just Love app from your device. Deleting your account on Just Love or the Just Love app from your device doesn't stop or change your subscription; Just Love will keep all money charged to your Payment Method until you stop or change your subscription on Just Love or the third party account, as applicable. If you stop or change your subscription, you can use your subscription until the end of your current subscription term, and your subscription will not renew after that term ends.

In general terms, you can't get your money back for what you buy, unless you ask for a refund for a subscription within fourteen days of buying it, or the laws where you live say you can. If you bought something with your Apple ID, Apple handles the refunds, not Just Love. To ask for a refund, go to the App Store, click on your Apple ID, select “Purchase history,” find the transaction and hit “Report Problem”. You can also go to https://getsupport.apple.com. If you subscribed with your Google Play Store account or through Just Love directly: please email customers@justlove.app with your order number for the Google Play Store (you can find it in the order confirmation email or by logging in to Google Wallet) or Just Love (you can find it in your confirmation email). You can also send a signed and dated letter that says you want to cancel this Agreement. Please also include your email address or mobile number and your order number. Send this letter to: Just Love Inc., Attn: Cancellations, 9450 Southwest Gemini Drive, Beaverton, OR, 97008.

Just Love is a global business, and our prices change depending on different factors. We often have special rates - which can be different based on where you are, how long you subscribe, how much you buy and more. We also try new features and payment options regularly.

8. Services Offered by Third Parties

The Service may have ads and offers from third parties and links to other websites or resources. Just Love does not control or guarantee the availability of such external websites or resources. If you decide to interact with the third parties that are available through our Service, their terms will apply to your relationship with them. Just Love is not in charge of or accountable for such third parties’ terms or actions.

9. Limitation of Liability.

This applies to the maximum extent allowed by law, and includes any damages that are indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, punitive, fixed, or enhanced, such as loss of profits or data or goodwill or other intangible losses.

The most that Just Love will pay you for any and all claims related to the service or this agreement is the amount that you paid to Just Love in the last twenty-four (24) months before you sue Just Love in any way. This applies no matter what the reason for your claim is (whether default, contract, tort, statute, or otherwise), no matter what kind of breach of obligations it is, and to all events, the Service, and this Agreement.

These exclusion or limitation of damages only apply to you in cases in which the corresponding jurisdiction allow them.

10. Governing Law.

As much as the law allows, any Dispute that comes from or relates to this Agreement, the Service, or your relationship with Just Love will follow the laws of Oregon, U.S.A., without considering its rules about conflicts of laws.

Unless the law says otherwise, any claims that come from or relate to this Agreement, to the Service, or to your relationship with Just Love that don't have to be arbitrated or filed in small claims court, will be litigated only in the federal or state courts in Beaverton, Oregon, U.S.A. You and Just Love agree to let these courts have personal jurisdiction over you and Just Love and waive any claim that these courts are an inconvenient forum.

You agree, as much as the law allows, to protect and pay for Just Love, our affiliates, and their and our respective officers, directors, agents, and employees if they face any complaints, demands, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses, including attorney’s fees, because of or related to how you access or use the Service or your breaking of this Agreement.
